To sign up for classes download the Gymflow app to your phone, buy class credits for your account and book into class sessions via the app.
Your instructor will meet you at the door 10 minutes before the class to let you in and get set up. Credits can be used for any class and have no expiry date.

Hyrox Style Conditioning: 1hr

A high intensity workout centred around the main Hyrox activities: Sled work, wall balls, lunges, burpees and more.
Open to all abilities.
Tuesdays: 6:30am to 7:30am
Thursdays: 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Strength and Conditioning: 1hr
1 Credit
This class is split into two sections; Strength work focuses on compound lifitng movements.
Accessory strength training to support the main moves and conditioning makes up the rest of the class.
Open to all abilities.
Mondays: 7:15pm to 8:15pm
Wednesdays: 6:30am to 7:30am
