Rachel Hanlon
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including running my own award-winning business, BodyPositiv Personal Training in Perthshire, I specialise in women’s health and well-being. Last year, I aldo joined the team at uGym in Tillicoultry, where I continue to offer a holistic approach to fitness for women, from teenagers to those in their 60s and 70s.
My work goes beyond physical training; I focus on mental health, emotional support, physical strength, and lifestyle adjustments. Whether you’re navigating puberty, young adulthood, motherhood, menopause, or aiming to age well, I’m here to support you at every stage of life.
I’m passionate about helping women embrace body positivity and invest in their whole-body well-being. Aging well and living with vitality are at the core of what I teach, encouraging clients to view fitness as a lifelong journey. I create a compassionate, supportive environment where women feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to live with confidence.
My skill set includes strength and conditioning, group fitness classes (such as circuits, functional training, core, barbell, bootcamp, functional mobility, running coaching, Spin, TRX, and stretching), and personal training tailored to each individual’s needs. I also enjoy developing special programs like Aging Well for Life Longevity, postnatal Mummy & Baby groups, and my upcoming Menopause Project to support women’s health holistically.
As a mother, I bring personal insight and empathy to my clients’ journeys. I understand the unique challenges women face and work to inspire them to adopt healthier lifestyles that nurture their minds and bodies. Jamie MacPhee
Hello, my name is Jamie and I have worked in the fitness industry for 4 years now. Personally, I like to train as a hybrid athlete so keeping fit in a cardio style whilst maintaining strength across all free weight and cable resistance movements. I have experience training clients of all ages and abilities from children all the way through to seniors, I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals whether it’s simply being able to get up from the floor more easily in your twilight years or smashing a new deadlift PB. I also enjoy training with clients for specific events like Hyrox or a weightlifting competition. I can’t wait to see you in the gym!

Gwilym Hooson
As a former international gymnast and circus acrobat, I’ve been immersed in fitness and movement my entire life. Now a personal trainer, gymnastics coach, and sports massage therapist, I specialize in working with clients of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, master a fitness skill, or recover from an injury, I’m here to help.
My hybrid training approach combines strength and weight training with high-intensity and bodyweight mobility exercises, tailored to your goals. I’m passionate about helping people not just reach their fitness targets but also build confidence—whether that’s through improving body image, unlocking new skills, or overcoming physical challenges.

Szymon Ksiazak
With a degree in Exercise and Health Sciences and 6 years of personal training experience, I have gained multiple techniques to help my clients lose weight, build muscle, gain strength and recover from injuries. I will work with you to find a personalised programme that will work with your body and your needs. Don’t like burpees? No problem, we’ll find something that works.
My overarching goal is to help you build confidence within the gym and support you to integrate healthy habits into your day-to-day life. These small changes will seamlessly slot in around your social life, meaning you can reach your goals without sacrificing other areas of your schedule. Appreciating that life can get in the way, I’m always on hand to help refocus and guide you towards your target.
